User Installation Guide

The Vescape Mobile Application is compatible with the following home fitness equipment models: Feel free to contact us if your exercise bike or fitness machine is not listed above. Let us know which fitness equipment brand and model you use and we will check the compatibility.
Once you have downloaded the Vescape App, follow these steps:
  • - Activate the Bluetooth connection in your Android or iOS settings.
  • - Pair your mobile device with your fitness equipment in the Bluetooth settings.
  • - If you are asked to enter a PIN Code, simply enter "0000".
  • - Make sure your fitness equipment is on (eventually click on start or start pedalling).
  • - For Android, start the Vescape App, go to settings, click on bluetooth equipment and select your bike.
  • - For iOS, simply start the Vescape App.
  • - Click on the Dashboard. Cycle, you should see your speed and be able to modify the resistance of your bike (watts).
Follow the steps described in Question 2. If it still does not work, deactivate, then reactivate the Bluetooth connection in your Android or iOS settings and start the Vescape App again. If it still does not work, close the Vescape App unplug and replug your bike, then start the Vescape App again. In case the problem persists, please contact us.
All the features of the app except the games are accessible without any Internet connection. The gaming section however requires an Internet connection since the video games run on our servers and are streamed to your mobile device.
Yes, you can create new cardio workouts and high intensity interval trainings! Go to the Training or Interval Training section, then
  • - for Android, click on the bottom of the screen on "Customize your workout"
  • - for iOS, click on the top right corner on the "+" sign
Give a name and a description to your workout. Return to the Training or Interval Training section, your new workout should appear at the end of the workout list.
A 5-day free trial is offered with the Vescape App, which is then based on a monthly subscription. Three options are offered:
  • - 1-month subscription - $7.99 per month
  • - 6-month subscription - $4.99 per month
  • - 12-month subscription - $3.99 per month
NB: The free trial is only accessible after registration. Once you have registered, an email with a confirmation link is sent to you. Clicking on the confirmation link will validate your account as well as the free trial. If you haven't received the confirmation email, check in your spams or contact us at info@vescape.com. If you register via Google or Facebook, your account and your free trial will be automatically validated and you won't receive the confirmation email.
